Our company is dedicated to the manufacture of motorcycle parts.
Aluminum alloy 5754 is widely used in the marine industry. Other applications include the following: automobile industry, railways, road and building construction and machinery.
Aluminum magnesium silicon alloy 6082 is commonly used in the construction of industrial machinery, weaponry and armor.
Automotive: industrial vehicles.
The polymer used is METHACRYLATE , machined on a CNC laser cutting machine.
The grilles used are made of 1050 aluminum with cell 10x5mm and 1mm thick, finished in black by POWDER COATED treatment.
The fastenings between pieces are carried out by riveting by RIVETING SQUEEZER, by compression of the rivet (process used in aeronautics).
Electrostatic paint and heat treatment are used to color the products.
In general, there is no stock of products. To offer a better service, in line with our principles, all products are manufactured to order.
They require a processing time.
It is not possible to exchange or return the product. They are made for each client.
All finished products are checked before they are shipped. Under no circumstances do we send products in inappropriate conditions in terms of aesthetics / functionality.

Shipments are made after the manufacture and finishing of the product / products purchased, the delay of which is usually between 3 and 10 days.
